Along with employment at Thule are educational programs.

Greenland Contractors offers a wide variety of educational opportunities from vocational training programs to apprenticeships. Greenland Contractors is the largest workplace in Greenland which enables GC to take an active role in the education of youth in Greenland.

Coordinating all educational activities is the youth advisor who assists in the day-to-day running of the educational program.
